We do not offer returns on any products.
All sales are final once the order has been placed and delivered. We kindly request you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since we do not accept returns, all items are non-returnable, including sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, you will need to place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided in cases where an item is proven to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered after inspection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
